Sustainable Bio-CNG & Waste-to-Energy Solutions
Sanjo Bio Enargy Private Limited provides reliable and sustainable Compressed Biogas (CBG / Bio-CNG) solutions by converting renewable agricultural biomass into clean energy. Our solutions are designed to support environmental sustainability, efficient waste management, and India’s clean energy initiatives.

Feedstock Management
Napier Grass is selected as a reliable and high-yield feedstock for biogas production. Our feedstock management process ensures continuous supply, efficient processing, and optimized biogas yield. High biogas production potential, renewable and sustainable source, year-round availability, and low environmental impact.
Napier grass is a fast-growing perennial that can produce 40-50 tons of dry biomass per hectare annually, making it one of the most efficient energy crops available. The grass can be harvested multiple times per year, providing year-round feedstock availability without competing with food crop production.
Clean Energy & Carbon Reduction
Our Bio-CNG solutions contribute directly to reducing dependency on fossil fuels and lowering carbon emissions. By producing clean compressed biogas, we support India’s mission toward energy independence and environmental protection.
With India importing over 50% of its CNG requirements, our Bio-CNG plants play a critical role in achieving energy self-sufficiency while addressing climate goals. Our production process eliminates harmful methane emissions from agricultural waste and landfills methane being 25 times more potent than CO₂.

Bio-CNG Production
We operate a 10 TPD Bio-CNG plant that produces high-quality compressed biogas using Napier Grass as the primary feedstock. Through controlled anaerobic digestion and advanced gas purification processes, organic biomass is converted into clean, renewable fuel suitable for energy and mobility use.
Our waste-to-energy solution focuses on transforming agricultural biomass into valuable energy resources. By utilizing renewable feedstock, we help reduce organic waste while generating sustainable fuel that supports circular economy principles.
